Preheat the oven to 200ºC for 10 minutes and meanwhile top the pizza base as you wish. Place the pizza on the oven rack, in the middle part, or on a tray, in the bottom part. Cook the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, until the base is brown and the cheese melted.
Put the oven to 225ºC and meanwhile top the pizza base as you wish. When the oven reaches the given temperature, place the pizza on the oven belt or on a tray. Cook the pizza for around 5 minutes, until the base is brown and the cheese melted.
Preheat the oven until it reaches a temperature of 275ºC at the top and 230ºC at the bottom and meanwhile top the pizza base as you wish. Place the pizza directly on the oven surface, without any sort of tray. Cook the pizza approximately 6 minutes, until the base is brown and the cheese melted.
