Thaw the dough ball for around 9 hours in the fridge (8-9ºC) or for 24 hours at a temperature between 0 and 4ºC (for 700g dough balls thaw for 26 hours at a temperature between 0 and 10ºC). Leave it at room temperature for around 2 hours (for 700g dough balls around 3 hours), until the dough reaches a temperature of 13-15ºC. Roll the ball to the desired diameter and top the pizza base to your liking.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC for 10 minutes and meanwhile roll the dough ball and top the pizza base as you wish. Place the pizza on the oven rack, in the middle part. Cook the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, until the base is brown and the cheese melted.
Put the oven to 230ºC and meanwhile roll the dough ball and top the pizza base as you wish. When the oven reaches the given temperature, place the pizza on the oven belt or on a tray. Cook the pizza for around 6-77 minutes, until the base is brown and the cheese melted.
Preheat the oven until it reaches a temperature of 275ºC at the top and 230ºC at the bottom and meanwhile roll the dough ball and top the pizza base as you wish. Place the pizza directly on the oven surface, without any sort of tray. Cook the pizza approximately 6 minutes, until the base is brown and the cheese melted.
